Salon Owner, Nicole Walsh

     Nicole began her career in the beauty industry when she started working at Salon by Sharon in 2005. Over the years, she has dedicated much of her time to perfecting her craft. She continues to take advanced classes for cutting and coloring, many of which have taken place at the Aveda Institute in New York City. Nicole's love for her career and dedication to her clients inspire her to remain up-to-date on all the most current trends and techniques.

     Nicole's dream of becoming a business owner became a reality in 2015 when she had the opportunity to purchase Salon by Sharon. With a vision in mind, the salon space was transformed into "Salon Bella." Together with her talented staff, Nicole has brought fresh new energy into the salon while delivering a professional and friendly environment that offers superior hair care services to the people of South County. She hopes to make Salon Bella a staple in the community for years to come!   

 

 

 

Stylist, Jill Dockray

     Jill started her beauty career in Newport over 21 years ago. She truly enjoyed working with so many Newport brides and their bridal parties. She has also worked with Aveda and was the network educator at the salon for Bumble and Bumble. She trained in New York City at Bumble U and has had many Aveda classes in cutting, color, and highlights. 

 

     "I love finding the natural beauty in each client and help accentuate that through the right cut and color."

 

     Jill has been at Salon Bella (formerly Salon by Sharon) for more than 10 years. She is a busy mom of two young girls and now works part-time, so be sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment with her!

 

 

 

Stylist, Michaela Mills

     Michaela has been a hairstylist for over 20 years. Doing hair is more of a passion than just a job for her. She absolutely loves working with the Aveda line, staying continually educated on all the latest styles and trends. She loves to do all degrees of hair coloring, cutting, and eye brow shaping. Her clients are very important to her and she always wants each and every one of them to feel important and look their very best! 

 

 

Stylist, Nicole Barada

     Nicki has been with the salon for 10 years and has always had an eye for style. Graduating from Toni & Guy hairdressing academy, she learned the skills and foundations of hair styling. She was introduced to Aveda right out of school, she took to taking their advanced education classes and is very knowledgable in their color line and other products. Her strength lies in ombres, balayage, and blow-outs, and if you're looking for an edgier look, Nicki is your stylist! Her goal is always to make you look your most fabulous!  

 

 

 

Stylist, Deborah Geoghegan 

     Deborah is an alumni of Toni & Guy Academy. She is certified in Keratin Smoothing Treatments and is continually educating herself on the latest trends and techniques. She is passionate about all aspects of being a hairstylist, and truly wants to bring out the natural beauty in all of her clients. Schedule an appointment with Deborah for a great cut and color, some babylights, balayage, ombré, or just a great blowout!
